Ingredients
- 1 x thick slice of wholemeal or brown bread
- 1 x Egg
- 1 x teaspoon of Butter
- Salt & Pepper
Method
- Cut a circle out of the bread using a cake ring
- Melt the butter in a frying pan on a medium heat
- Put the bread in the pan and fry until lightly golden
- Turn the bread over and crack your egg into the circle, fry until cooked. Serve immediately
