Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 175g (6 oz) blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 125ml (4fl oz) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 125ml (4fl oz) apple juice

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor, blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve in a tall glass or bottles.
